Alsop Fitness provide a Personal Training plan, Fitness Programs, and Nutrition advice based on your goals and expectations

Alsop Fitness are based in Birmingham, in Edgbaston. We are a specialist provider of Personal Training plans, Sports and Fitness Training, and Nutrition.  We carefully create your plan based on an initial free 60 minute consultation. From this session, we determine your exercise and dietary requirement and tailor a fitness and lifestyle plan which is specifically designed to fit around you, your life and your commitments.

We set out a clear timetable, detailing your optimal fitness training volume, intensity and frequency. We also provide you with an exclusive gym or at-home programme, which will be reviewed and modified regularly. However often you are able to train, we are always there to support you. Face-to-face personal training and fitness sessions are support by email and phone are all part of the service.

You may prefer to train with a friend or family member instead of opting for a personal plan. For this reason, we offer group training sessions for up to four people. This enables the group to maximise the use of the facilities.
Not only do we have a fully equipped newly refurbished training studio, we also have a fantastic outdoor training area. This can make your training sessions even more fun, and the extra encouragement can help you achieve your targets more quickly.
